MacSentry now pings each server to show you the latency in the Server Selector so you can know which server is closest allowing you to get the best possible experience when using our service. The lower the ping, the better.
A new small button with big responsibility.
MacSentry for macOS now includes a settings page that allows you to easily configure advanced settings when connecting to MacSentry VPN.
Auto Launch & Auto Connect
Secure your connection automatically when you start your Mac.
MacSentry 1.3.0 gives you the ability to launch MacSentry when your computer boots as well as automatically connect to MacSentry VPN when MacSentry starts.
Connect to MacSentry VPN using UDP or TCP.
Protocol select allows you to connect to MacSentry VPN using either UDP or TCP. UDP provides you with the fastest connection, TCP can help you get passed firewalls. For more info on this feautre refer to our Knowledgebase article on TCP/UDP.
The last line in protecting your privacy.
With the Kill Switch you now have a fail-safe to protect your privacy should you get disconnected from the VPN. You now have the ability to easily define programs to be automatically killed should you lose your connection to the VPN.
